Software and systems
A custom CRM, built around how you sell.
Off-the-shelf CRMs make you work their way and charge for every seat. We build a CRM around your stages, your fields and the tools you already use.

When a bespoke CRM makes sense
- Customer details live in a spreadsheet, an inbox and someone's head.
- You tried an off-the-shelf CRM and the team stopped using it.
- You pay for every person on features nobody uses.
- Your process has steps no standard CRM fits: site visits, approvals, repeat orders.
- Follow-ups get missed because nobody can see what is due.
- Quotes, jobs and invoices are retyped from one system to the next.

How it works
A short paid review
We map how customers move through your business today and write down what the CRM needs to do.
A fixed price for the build
You get the scope and a fixed price in writing. If you go ahead, what you paid for the review counts towards it.
Built in stages, data moved
Your team tries each part as it is built. We bring your customers across from spreadsheets or your old CRM.
Support afterwards
We host it and look after it, with an agreed amount of small changes each month.
Software we have built
Customer records, bookings and jobs, built around how each business works.
Questions
What is a custom CRM?
A customer relationship management system built for your business rather than bought off the shelf. It keeps every customer, conversation, quote and job in one place, laid out the way your team works.
Is a bespoke CRM better than an off-the-shelf one?
Not always. If a standard CRM fits your process, use it. A bespoke one makes sense when your steps do not fit, the team will not use the standard one, or the seats cost more than the help they give.
Can you move our customers from a spreadsheet or another CRM?
Yes. We bring your contacts and history across and check them before you switch, so nothing is left behind.
Can it connect to our accounts software?
Usually, yes. Most popular accounts packages, Xero included, let other systems send and read invoices and contacts. We check yours in the review.
How long does it take to build a custom CRM?
It depends on how many stages, screens and connections it needs. The review gives you the timing with the fixed price, before you commit.
Do we pay for each user?
No. We quote for the system, not for each person who logs in.
