Privacy & cookies.
ZXN is a brand of Mediant Partners Ltd, the controller responsible for personal information handled through this website and its enquiries. Registered in Scotland, company number SC889184. Registered office: 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN. Contact us at hello@zxn.uk for privacy questions or rights requests.
When you browse
This site does not install Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, advertising pixels or embeds. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no browser storage. The only third-party code is Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form, described below. Your pricing and package choices exist only in the open page and reset when you reload it.
Cloudflare serves and secures the site. Hosting providers process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, time and browser information to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website. Provider-level security cookies may be used if Cloudflare needs them to protect the service. Cloudflare’s privacy policy explains its processing.
When you make an enquiry
The contact form asks for your email address and a message. When you press “Send message”, both are sent to this site’s server (a Cloudflare Pages Function), which emails them to us through Postmark. We do not keep them in a database. The package buttons only put a starting sentence in the message box; nothing is sent until you submit the form.
To tell people from automated bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Its script loads when the form is near the screen. Cloudflare checks signals about your browser and connection to decide whether you are a person, and its privacy policy covers that processing. The form needs JavaScript for this check; without it, email hello@zxn.uk instead.
If you use the form or email us, we process your address, message and any details you provide to answer your questions, discuss a potential project and maintain relevant records. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to general business correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
Who sees your information
Information is available to those who need it to handle your enquiry and to service providers operating our hosting (Cloudflare), the contact form’s email delivery (Postmark) and our business email and records systems. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information outside the UK; where required, applicable adequacy decisions or approved contractual safeguards are used. Ask us for details relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We normally retain unsuccessful project enquiries for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise them unless there is a reason to keep them longer, such as a dispute. If you become a client, the project agreement will explain the relevant record keeping. Accounting and contractual records may need longer retention to meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@zxn.uk. We may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If we change the tools
Any future use of optional analytics, recordings or advertising tools will require an updated notice and appropriate controls before activation. Descriptions of these services on our package page refer to tools that can be installed on client websites; they do not mean those tools are active here.
