Marketing
We look after the marketing around the channels too. Their public pages show where it all points: a free workout plan to sign up for, training plans, and a community to join.

The brief
Tom Gray runs a fitness channel, @tomgrayfitness, and makes videos with James Gray as Grays Fitness, with long videos on YouTube and short clips alongside. We manage the software behind it, look after the marketing, and use automation and AI to take the repeat jobs off their plate.
How it works
Before and now
Before
- Finding ideas took time before any filming could start.
- Making short clips was a job of its own.
- The tools behind the channel were his to look after.
Now
- Ideas are gathered for him, ready to choose from.
- Short clips are generated for him.
- We manage the software, so he can get on with the channel.
What we built
Ideas gathered for him
Automations collect ideas for videos, so he has a list to choose from instead of starting from a blank page.
Short clips made for him
AI generates short clips, so a short-form video does not mean another long edit.
The software, looked after
We manage the tools the channel relies on, keep them working, and build more automations when he asks for them.
Marketing, run alongside
We look after the marketing for the channels too, so the videos, the free plan sign-ups and the community all point the same way.
How it fits in
- It sits behind the channel he already runs, so nothing changes for his viewers.
- He stays in charge: the ideas are suggestions, and he decides what to film and what to post.
- We run and maintain it, so there is nothing for him to set up or keep updated.
More of our work
Run a channel or a creator business?
- Automations that take the repeat jobs off your plate.
- Marketing that points your channels, plans and community the same way.
- AI that drafts ideas and short clips for you to review.
- We look at the job first, and tell you if something you already own can do it.
