What is looked after

• Hosting and renewals

  Your site stays online, with its secure connection renewed and its source backed up.

• Monthly checks

  Monthly site checks, uptime monitoring, and speed and accessibility checks.

• Faults and security

  Faults are repaired and security fixes are made whenever they are needed. These are not counted against your changes.

• Small changes

  Up to 2 small changes a week: a text, image, opening-hours or price edit, or a similar job of up to about 30 minutes. Unused changes do not carry over.

What counts as a bigger job

• New sections, large rewrites and redesigns.
• Integrations, shops, memberships and very large sites.
• Apps, software, automation and AI.

Bigger jobs are quoted first, and nothing is charged until you have agreed it.

How you ask and what you see

Requests go through the private client portal, where you can preview a change on a staging copy and approve it with one click. A monthly summary shows visits, where they came from and which pages people read.

The package looks after the website we build for you. If your site is built elsewhere, tell us what it runs on, and we will say whether we can look after it or whether rebuilding it as part of the package makes more sense. The free website audit is a good first step.
