ZXN.UK
A class booking system that lives on your own website.
Members choose a class, see the spaces left, and pay by card. The Website + class booking plan is £89 a month including VAT, and the website alone is £30.
What your members see
A timetable with spaces left
A calendar with class filters, showing how many spaces are left on each class.
Booking and paying
Pick a day and a class, pay by card, and the booking is confirmed on screen with an Add to calendar link.
Class passes
Packs of classes at a lower price each, for example four, eight or ten classes valid for a set number of days.
What you see
A staff console shows how full each class is, new bookings as they arrive, and what has been taken this week. Member data is yours and is exported on request.
Built and used first at Explosive Boxing
We built this first for Explosive Boxing & Fitness in Canterbury, where members book and pay for classes on the gym's own website.
What it costs
- Website + class booking: £89 a month including VAT (£74.17 plus VAT), or £890 for the year. The website on its own is £30 a month.
- No setup fee, and no minimum term: end it with one month's written notice.
- Card fees on your members' payments are paid to your payment provider.
The finished website is yours from day one. The booking software stays ours and is licensed to you while you are on the plan with class booking.
