The booking system we built for Explosive Boxing, set up for your gym. Members book and pay without leaving your website, and you have one bill instead of two.
Cancellations look after themselves. Members move or cancel from the link in their confirmation email. Inside your cancellation window the refund goes back to their card, with nothing for you to do.
Already happy with your booking app? We plug into it instead.
The 7-day promise covers your website. Bookings gets its own go-live date, agreed with you on the call.
A bespoke booking or member app starts from £6,000 plus VAT. These plans give you the ready-built version.

No setup fee on a 12-month plan. Month-to-month is available with a £750 setup fee (£900 including VAT). Pay the year: 13 cycles for 11.
Every 4 weeks means 13 payments a year: on the 12-month plan, Website comes to £1,937 a year plus VAT, or £1,639 if you pay the year up front.
If a member pays you £40 to £80 a month, two to five new members cover the Website plan for as long as they stay.

You pay nothing until your new site is live. If it isn’t live within 7 days of us receiving your photos, timetable and prices, your first 4 weeks are free.
Tell us your gym and where to find it now. We design the top of your new homepage, with a trial booking button, and send it to you within one working day. It’s free, and there’s nothing to sign.

If you’re happy with it, keep it: we link your timetable and booking buttons to it. If you’d rather have one bill, Website + Bookings runs your timetable, passes and card payments on your own site, and we set up your classes and prices for you.
Bookings has its own go-live date, agreed with you on the call, so you never have a gap between the two.
On month-to-month you give 4 weeks’ notice. On the 12-month plan the £750 setup fee is waived; it’s only due if you leave before the 12 months are up.

Your domain, your words, your photos and your Google Business Profile are yours from day one, and we keep the domain in your name. Who owns the finished design and code, and when, is written into your agreement before you sign.
A 30-minute call, your logo if you have one, photos of your gym and classes (phone photos are fine), your timetable, your prices and the intro offer you want to run. We also need access to your domain and Google Business Profile, or we set them up with you.
Yes. The big number on each plan is before VAT, and the price including VAT is underneath it. If your gym isn’t VAT registered, the including-VAT price is what you pay: £178.80 every 4 weeks for Website.
If it isn’t live within 7 days of us receiving your photos, timetable and prices, your first 4 weeks are free.
