Class booking
The booking system we built for Explosive Boxing in Canterbury, set up for your gym. Members book and pay without leaving your website, and you have one bill instead of two. We have run it at one gym so far; yours is set up the same way.
Cancellations look after themselves. Members move or cancel from the link in their confirmation email. Inside your cancellation window the refund goes back to their card, with nothing for you to do.

The 7-day promise covers your website. Class booking gets its own go-live date, agreed with you on the call, because we set up two booking gyms a week.

What members see
The booking runs the way Explosive Boxing’s does today: a health check, a card payment, an email, and a waitlist when a class is full.
A class can’t be oversold
Even if fifty people go for the last place at once, only one of them gets it. Every payment is matched to its booking once.
A health check before they pay
The booking can ask for a health declaration and an age check before it takes payment. Only the tick and the time are kept.
Passes for your regulars
Sell packs of classes at a lower price each, online or at the desk. Customers pick the classes as they buy, and can repeat them each week.
Your staff run the day from one console
The week at a glance, each class’s list, your timetable and prices, a coach’s time off, revenue and every customer’s history.

If you’re happy with it, keep it: we link your timetable and booking buttons to it. If you’d rather have one bill, Website + class booking runs your timetable, passes and card payments on your own site, and we set up your classes and prices for you.
Class booking has its own go-live date, agreed with you on the call, so you never have a gap between the two.

Your domain stays in your name, and your words, photos and finished site are yours; we give you a copy. If you use class booking, your members’ data and class and price information are yours too, and we give you a copy. The booking software stays ours. We write the exact terms into your agreement before you sign anything.
