The brief
Canterbury Fine Foods supplies fresh fruit and veg, hand-picked and delivered to restaurants, cafés and caterers across Kent. Its website is the first place a new trade customer looks.
We built it as a single page that answers a trade customer's questions in turn: what is supplied, how to order, what the range is, how payment works, where deliveries go and how to reach the team.
What the site does
One page, in the order a customer asks
Visitors can read from the quality of the produce through ordering, the range, payment options and the delivery area to a contact form. The range is shown as three groups: fresh fruit and veg, dairy and pantry, and herbs and microgreens.
A way into trade ordering
Trade customers can go from the page straight to the business’s own online ordering page, where they log in or sign up. The client already used that service; the website links to it rather than running it.
A product list to download
Visitors can open the full product list as a PDF with the Product List and View All Products buttons.
Easy ways to get in touch
Visitors can send a message through a contact form, tap the phone number to call from a phone, or find the email address, depot address and a directions link. The Get In Touch and Apply Now buttons take them to the same form.
Also in place: Cookie choices on the first visit, and a list of the site’s pages and details about the business so search engines can understand it.
