The brief
Elevate Veterinary Physiotherapy is a Canterbury practice that treats horses and small animals and offers a remote service for owners who are not nearby. The website is how new clients find each service and get in touch.
The work covers the whole site: a page for each service, online booking and payment for the remote gait analysis, a free wellness check, a blog of guides and a careers page.
What the site does
Find the right service and see what it involves
Visitors can open a page for each service: equine, small animals, rehabilitation, rider physio, online gait analysis and the wellness check, with about, contact, recommended products and careers pages around them.
Book and pay for an online gait analysis
Owners can book the online gait analysis in a four-step form (your details, your animal, concerns, confirm and pay) that ends in a secure card payment, with consent tick boxes along the way. The page shows the price as £100 on the day we checked.
Check your animal’s signs for free
A free check built for the practice: owners tick the signs they have noticed across three groups (posture, movement and behaviour) and get a summary with a recommendation of which service to look at. It needs no sign-up to start.
A contact form that saves every enquiry
Visitors can send an enquiry through the contact form. It blocks automated spam, saves every enquiry and sends the practice an email. If that email cannot be sent, an alert is recorded.
Read guides and apply for a job
Fourteen guides on animal movement, pain and physiotherapy each link through to a service page, and a vacancy page for an associate veterinary physiotherapist lets applicants upload a CV.
Also in place: Privacy, cookie, terms and accessibility pages, a secure connection and a page list for Google. Visits are counted unless a visitor rejects; recording how pages are used waits for Accept.
