The free customer’s-eye report
Before they call you, they check the others.
When someone needs what you sell, they rarely look at you alone. This report shows you what they see when they look at you, what they see when they look at the others, and what we would fix first.

- Public information only
- No sales call unless you ask

See how you compare
Tell us who you are and where you are. We search Google the way a customer does on a phone, find the businesses shown next to you, and show you the result.
- In about a minute your report appears on screen: who customers see next to you, how you compare, and what to fix first.
- A person reads it and replies within one working day, only if you ask them to.
- Then nothing unless you reply. No calls and no string of emails.
What is in the report
Three things on one page, written for the person who runs the business, not for a web developer.
How you compare
You and two nearby alternatives, side by side on what a customer checks in the first minute: reviews, photos, opening hours, how clear you are on a phone and how easy you are to call, book or order from. Plus what a customer notices first about each.
See it in a real exampleYour home page, done well
Three phone concepts of your own home page, made from your name, rating and services as they appear on Google, each with one obvious button to call, book or order. You see them before anyone builds anything.
See it in a real exampleWhat to fix first
No more than three fixes, in order of what is most likely costing you customers, with who can do each one (often you, for nothing) and how big a job it is. The technical check of your site comes with it.

Already doing well? We will tell you.
A report that always ends in “buy a website” is not worth reading. Ours ends with one of four answers, and the first one is “you are ahead”.
You are ahead
Keep doing what you are doing. Here are one or two small things, and no follow-up from us.
Small fixes you can do
Usually your Google listing, your photos or your opening hours. We show you how, for nothing.
A job for us
A clearer first screen, a booking or order button, reviews coming in. Quoted before we start.
A new front door
A website built and looked after for £30 a month, or more when the business needs more.
Fair questions
Is it really free?
Yes. It is how we meet the businesses we can help most, and the report is yours to keep and use whether or not you ever speak to us again.
Will you keep emailing me or ring me?
No. You get the report. We do not call unless you ask us to, and there is no string of follow-up emails. If you reply, a person answers.
Who do you compare me with?
The businesses you name. If you name none, the two that show up first on Google for what you do in your area, because those are the ones your customers see too.
Do you need logins or access to anything?
No. We only look at what any customer can see: your website, your Google listing and your public reviews. Nothing is changed, and nobody else is told.
Do the other businesses find out?
No. We do not contact them, and nothing from your report is shared or published.
I do not have a website. Can I still have one?
Yes. Email [email protected] with your business name and town, and we do the same report from your Google listing and social pages.
What happens after I read it?
That is up to you. Many of the fixes are things you can do yourself. If you want us to do them, we quote first, or you can start the website package at £30 a month with no setup fee.
