Software and systems
AI automation for UK businesses, one job at a time.
Pick the repeat job that takes up the most time. We automate that one job properly, with AI where it helps and plain rules where it does not, then look after it so it keeps working.

Jobs worth automating
- Someone copies the same details from emails or forms into another system every day.
- Quotes, invoices or reminders go out late because a person has to remember them.
- Enquiries sit in a shared inbox until someone has time to sort them.
- Something in the building depends on the diary, like the heating for a booking.
- You know AI could save time somewhere, but not where to start.
If a tool you already pay for can do the job, we tell you, and you save the cost of a build.
What you get
One job, chosen with you
We look at where the time goes and pick the job worth doing first, with a clear before and after.
Built around your tools
It works with the calendar, inbox, forms and accounts you already use, so nobody has to change how they work.
AI where it helps
Sorting, summarising and drafting done by AI, with a person approving anything that goes to a customer.
It checks itself
If it fails or stops running, we are told, rather than finding out from a customer.
Your data handled carefully
We tell you in writing which services see your data, and keep personal details out of the AI step where the job allows.
Looked after
Fixes when one of your tools changes, and new automations added when you want them.
How it works
A short paid review
We go through the job with the people who do it now, and write down what the automation must do and what it must never do.
A fixed price for the build
You get the scope and a fixed price in writing. If you go ahead, what you paid for the review counts towards it.
Built in stages, then switched on
You try it on real examples as it is built. It runs alongside the old way until you trust it.
Support afterwards
We run it, watch it and look after it, with an agreed amount of small changes each month.
Automations we run for clients

- Automation and AITom GrayIdeas gathered and short clips made by AI for a fitness YouTuber, ready for him to review.
- AppTyreStackWhatsApp enquiries become jobs without being retyped, with quotes drafted for the fitter to check.

Questions
What is business process automation?
Getting software to do a repeat job that a person does now, such as copying details between systems, sending reminders or sorting enquiries. It follows the same steps every time, and a person handles the exceptions.
Do I need AI, or just automation?
Often plain automation is enough: when this happens, do that. AI helps when the job needs reading or writing, such as sorting emails or drafting replies. We use whichever does the job with the least to go wrong.
What can AI automate in a small business?
Sorting enquiries, summarising long emails, drafting replies and quotes for a person to check, pulling details out of documents, and gathering ideas or content. Anything that reaches a customer should be checked by a person, at least at the start.
How much does AI automation cost?
It depends on the job and the tools it joins. After the review we quote a fixed price in writing for the build, and a separate one for looking after it.
Is my data safe?
We tell you in writing which services see your data and why. Where the job allows, personal details stay out of the AI step, and we keep a record of what the automation did.
What happens if it goes wrong?
It is built to stop and tell us rather than carry on with bad data. Because we look after it, when one of your tools changes, we fix the automation.
Got a job that eats your week?
Tell us what you need. We reply by the next working day with a fixed price in writing.
