Websites by trade
Hotel website design for small hotels, B&Bs and holiday lets.
Guests often find you on a booking site, then look for your own website. If booking there is hard, they go back and book where you pay commission. We build sites that make booking direct easy.

If this sounds like your place
- Many of your bookings come through sites that take commission, even from guests who already know you.
- The Book button on your own site sends guests somewhere that looks nothing like you.
- The photos are years old, and the rooms have changed.
- Guests email to ask about parking, dogs and breakfast, because the site does not say.
- You run a holiday let in Scotland and need your licence number on your listings.
What you get
Book direct on every page
Your booking engine's button in the header of every page, linked to the booking engine you already use.
Rooms with real photos
A page for each room or cottage, with what it sleeps, what is included and your own photos.
The answers guests ask for
Parking, check-in, dogs, breakfast and getting there, written once, so the same emails stop.
Your area
Pages on what is nearby, written for the guests you want.
Your licence number shown
In Scotland, your short-term let licence number on the site and every listing, as the licence requires.
Looked after
Hosting, security, backups and uptime checks, and up to 2 small changes a week.
How it works
Tell us about the business
Your rooms or cottages, your booking engine and your busy times. Asking is free.
A fixed price in writing
We reply by the next working day with the price for your site.
Draft, review, approve
We draft the pages and use your photos. You approve everything before it goes live.
Live, then looked after
Your site goes live on your own domain, and we keep it running and up to date.
The closest work we have done
We have not built a hotel's website yet. The closest is a visitor attraction and two restaurants: sites built around a visit and a booking.
Questions
How much does a hotel website cost?
It depends on the number of rooms or properties and how the booking engine is connected. We quote a fixed price in writing, by the next working day.
Can you add our booking engine?
Yes. We put your booking engine's button or widget on the site, so guests check availability and book with you. A deeper connection is quoted separately.
Will a website stop us using Booking.com?
No, and you do not need to stop. The aim is that guests who already know you book with you directly rather than through a site that takes commission.
Do you build sites for holiday cottages?
Yes, for one cottage or several. In Scotland a short-term let needs a licence from the council, and we show the licence number on the site.
Can guests read our reviews?
We link to your reviews on Google and elsewhere rather than copying them, and help you ask guests for more.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for.
