Questions
What is a business dashboard?
One screen that shows the few figures you use to run the business, read from the systems where they live and kept up to date, so nobody has to build the report by hand.
What should a dashboard show?
Only what someone acts on. We start from the questions you ask each week, and leave out anything nobody would miss.
Can it pull figures from Xero?
Yes. Xero lets software you authorise read invoices, payments and reports, so sales and cash can sit beside figures from your other systems.
Do you do Power BI?
No. We do not sell Power BI consultancy. If your reporting already runs in Power BI and you want more reports built there, a Power BI specialist is the better fit. We build dashboards as a small web app of your own, or as part of software we build for you.
How much does a dashboard cost?
It depends on how many systems it reads from and how many figures it shows. We quote a fixed price in writing after a short review.
Who can see it?
Only the people you choose. Each person logs in and sees what their role needs.
