Websites by trade
Estate agent website design for independent agents.
Buyers find homes on the property portals. Sellers and landlords choose an agent they trust, and check your own website first. We build sites for independent agents.

Where agents' websites lose the instruction
- Listings on your own site are out of date, or look nothing like the portals.
- A seller asks for a valuation, and the form asks nothing about the property.
- Landlords cannot find what you do for them.
- The site says nothing about the streets and villages you know best.
What you get
Listings from your software
Properties come from the property software you already use, where it offers a feed, so you add a home once.
Valuation requests
A form that asks for the address, the type of property and when they want to move, so you call back ready.
Area pages
A page for each town or neighbourhood you cover, written from what you know about it.
Lettings and landlords
What you do for landlords, with your redress scheme and any registration, such as the Scottish Letting Agent Register.
Reviews and Google
Help with your Google Business Profile and asking clients for reviews.
Looked after
Hosting, security, backups and uptime checks, and up to 2 small changes a week.
How it works
Tell us about the agency
Your branches, the areas you cover and the software you list homes in. Asking is free.
A fixed price in writing
We reply by the next working day with the price for your site.
Draft, review, approve
We draft the pages and check what your property software can send to the site. You approve everything before it goes live.
Live, then looked after
Your site goes live on your own domain, and we keep it running and up to date.
The closest work we have done
We have not built an estate agent's website yet. The closest is work with a page for each area a business covers, and quote forms that ask the right questions.
Selling in Scotland
Scottish sales work differently. Sellers need a Home Report, many homes go to a closing date, and in some cities buyers look first at solicitor property centres such as ESPC and ASPC. If you sell in Scotland, the site is written that way.
Questions
How much does an estate agent website cost?
It depends on the pages you need and on what your property software can send to the site. We check that first, then quote a fixed price in writing, by the next working day.
Can our listings come from our property software?
Often, yes. Many property software products offer a feed for the agent's own website. We check what yours offers before we quote, and tell you if it cannot be done.
Will this replace Rightmove or Zoopla?
No. Buyers search the portals, and you will keep listing there. Your own site is where sellers and landlords check you out and ask for a valuation.
Do you build for letting agents?
Yes. Pages for landlords and tenants, with your redress scheme and registration details, and forms for each.
Have you built an estate agent's site before?
Not yet. Our closest work has a page for each area a business covers and a quote form, and we say so plainly rather than show work we have not done.
Run an estate or letting agency?
Tell us what you need. We reply by the next working day with a fixed price in writing.
