Websites by trade
A website for electricians and electrical contractors.
Homeowners want a rewire or an EV charger, landlords want a safety report, and businesses want a contractor. One page that says electrician serves none of them well.

Where electricians lose the enquiry
- Your site lists every job on one page, so nobody finds the answer to their question.
- Landlords and letting agents cannot see that you do safety reports.
- Commercial clients look for evidence of bigger jobs and find a photo of a fuse board.
- Your registration is on the van, but not on the site where people check you out.
- Every enquiry arrives as a missed call with no idea what the job is.

The closest work we have done
We have not built a website for an electrician yet. These are the pieces of our real work closest to what an electrical business needs, and why they apply.
- WebsiteVantage LinguistsA page for every service and every sector it works in, the way an electrician needs pages for homes, landlords and businesses.
- WebsitePPS SecurityA quote form and a call button on every screen, for a firm with both business and private customers.
- AppTyreStackJob software for a mobile trade: an enquiry becomes a quoted, booked job.
Questions
Should I show my NICEIC or NAPIT registration on my website?
Yes. Customers and letting agents look for it. We show your registration with a link so they can check it themselves. In Scotland, the same goes for SELECT membership.
Can the site handle both domestic and commercial work?
Yes. Each gets its own pages and its own quote form, so a business client is not reading about a kitchen socket.
Can landlords request a safety report through the site?
They can send a request with the address, the number of properties and when the tenants are in, through a form made for it. Online booking and card payment for fixed jobs can be added and is quoted separately.
How much does a website for an electrician cost?
It depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to do. We quote a fixed price in writing, by the next working day, and asking is free.
Do you write the text?
Yes. We draft the pages from what you tell us and the photos you send, and you approve everything before it goes live.
