Websites by trade
A website for your therapy, counselling or physio practice.
People looking for a therapist want to know who you are, how you work and how to book, often late at night on a phone. We build clear, calm sites that answer those questions.

If this sounds like your practice
- People cannot tell what you help with or what a first session is like.
- Your registration is not shown, so people cannot check it.
- Booking takes several emails before anyone gets a time.
- You work from a room in a shared clinic, and people go to the wrong door.
- Your directory profile gets more views than your own website.
What you get
About you, in your words
Your training, your approach and what a first session is like, written with you so it sounds like you.
Your registration shown
HCPC for physiotherapists, or BACP, COSCA, UKCP or NCPS for counsellors and psychotherapists, linked to the register.
Booking from a phone
A link to the booking system you already use, or online booking with card payment, which is quoted separately.
Careful with enquiries
A form that asks only what you need, and a privacy notice that says how you handle what people tell you.
Where to find you
Each place you work, with directions to the right door, and online sessions on a page of their own.
Looked after
Hosting, security, backups and uptime checks, and up to 2 small changes a week.
How it works
Tell us about the practice
What you offer, where you work and how people book now. Asking is free.
A fixed price in writing
We reply by the next working day with the price for your site.
Draft, review, approve
We draft the pages with you and find the images. You read and approve every word before anything goes live.
Live, then looked after
Your site goes live on your own domain, and we keep it running and up to date.
The closest work we have done
We have not built a site for a counsellor or a physiotherapist who treats people yet. The closest is a veterinary physiotherapy practice: physiotherapy for animals, with a page for each service and online booking with card payment.
Questions
How much does a website for a therapist cost?
It depends on the pages you need and whether you want online booking. We quote a fixed price in writing, by the next working day, and asking is free.
Can clients book and pay online?
Yes. We can link to the booking system you already use, or build online booking with card payment, as we did for Elevate Veterinary Physiotherapy. Booking is quoted separately.
Which registration should my site show?
The ones you hold. Physiotherapists show their HCPC registration. Counsellors and psychotherapists usually show membership of a body such as BACP, COSCA, UKCP or NCPS. We link each one to its public register.
Do you build websites for vets and animal physios?
Yes. Elevate Veterinary Physiotherapy in Canterbury is one of ours, and our page on websites for vets and animal care has more.
Do I still need a directory profile?
Keep both. A directory brings people to you; your own site is where they read about you properly and book with you directly.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for.
