Websites by trade
Dental website design for independent practices.
New patients compare practices on their phone before they call. We build dental websites that explain each treatment, show who will treat them and make booking easy.

If this sounds like your practice
- New patients cannot tell whether you are taking NHS patients, private patients or both.
- Every treatment is one line in a list, so people searching for implants or aligners find another practice.
- The team page is out of date, and registration numbers are missing.
- Booking means phoning during surgery hours.
- Every small change to the site has to be chased and paid for separately.
What you get
A page for each treatment
What it involves, who it suits and how to book, in plain words your clinicians check before it goes live.
Your team, with GDC numbers
Each dentist and clinician with their role and General Dental Council number, updated when people join or leave.
Booking or enquiry from a phone
A link to the online booking you already use, or an enquiry form that asks the right questions.
NHS and private made clear
Whether you are taking new patients, and on which basis, in one place we update when it changes.
Found on Google
Search Console, local business markup, and help with your Google Business Profile and asking patients for reviews.
Looked after
Hosting, security, backups and uptime checks, and up to 2 small changes a week.
How it works
Tell us about the practice
Your treatments, your team and whether you take new patients. Asking is free.
A fixed price in writing
We reply by the next working day with the price for your site.
Draft, review, approve
We draft the pages and find the images. Your clinicians check every treatment page, and you approve it all before it goes live.
Live, then looked after
Your site goes live on your own domain, and we keep it running and up to date.
The closest work we have done
We have not built a dental practice website yet. The closest is a clinical practice with a page for each service and online booking, and a site written for healthcare clients.
- WebsiteElevate Veterinary PhysiotherapyA veterinary physiotherapy practice with a page for each service, and online booking with card payment.
- WebsiteVantage LinguistsAn interpreting agency whose sectors include healthcare, with a page for every service and sector.
- WebsitePerthshire ZooToday's opening hours and the main button on every page, where visitors look first.
What the site has to show
- The General Dental Council registration number of each professional named as providing care.
- Treatment pages that describe what is involved, without promising results.
- A privacy notice that explains how you handle enquiries that mention health.
We set the pages up this way. Your practice's compliance lead or indemnity provider has the final word on what you must show.
Questions
How much does a dental website cost?
It depends on how many treatment pages you need and whether you want online booking. We quote a fixed price in writing, by the next working day, and asking is free.
Can patients book online?
Yes, if your practice software or booking system offers online booking: we link to it from every page. A booking system built for you is quoted separately.
Who writes the treatment pages?
We draft them from what you tell us, and your clinicians check them before they go live, so the site says nothing about a treatment you would not say in the surgery.
Do you show GDC numbers?
Yes. Each clinician on the team page gets their name, role and General Dental Council number, and we change them when your team changes.
Have you built a dental website before?
Not yet. We have built a clinical practice site with online booking, and we say so plainly rather than show work we have not done.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for.
Run a dental practice?
Tell us what you need. We reply by the next working day with a fixed price in writing.
