Questions
Why is my website down?
The usual causes are an expired domain or certificate, a hosting problem, an update that broke a plugin or theme, or the site being hacked. Each one looks different from the outside, which is why we check before quoting.
Is my website down for everyone or just me?
Try it on your phone with Wi-Fi turned off. If it fails there too, it is probably down for everyone. Send us the address and we check it from outside your network.
Why is my WordPress contact form not sending emails?
Most often the site sends mail without the settings that prove it comes from your domain, so it lands in spam or is dropped. We set up proper sending and test it with real messages.
What does “Error establishing a database connection” mean?
The site cannot reach the database that holds its pages. It can be the hosting, a changed password or a damaged database. It is fixable, and the content is usually still there.
