Website rescue and care

Emails going to spam? Business email, set up properly.

When quotes and invoices land in your customers' junk folders, the cause is usually a few records on your domain. We check them and put them right.

What the fix covers

What happens when you get in touch

  1. You call or send the form

Tell us your domain, who you use for email and what is going wrong. No passwords needed yet.

  2. We check from the outside

Your domain's public records show most of the problem. We send a fixed price in writing.

  3. You say yes, we fix it

You give us access to your domain settings. We correct the records and the website's forms, then send test mail.

  4. We keep watching

We read the DMARC reports and tighten the policy once it is safe to.

Forms we build that send properly

We have not published an email repair job yet. The closest proof is the enquiry forms on the sites we build, which are set up so enquiries arrive.

Questions

Why are my emails going to spam instead of the inbox?

Most often your domain does not prove the mail really comes from you: SPF, DKIM or DMARC are missing or wrong. Other causes are a sending server with a poor reputation, links that look risky, or old mailing lists. For a business, the records are the usual cause, so we check them first.

What triggers an email to go to spam?

Receiving services weigh many signals: whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass, the sender's reputation, how the message is written, and whether people marked earlier mail as junk. Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook have been stricter about the first three since 2024.

How do I stop my emails going to spam?

Make sure every service that sends as you is in your SPF record, turn on DKIM signing for each one, and publish a DMARC policy. Then send test messages and check where they land. If that sounds like a job for someone else, it is the job we do.

What is DMARC, and do I need it?

DMARC tells other mail systems what to do with mail that claims to be from you but fails the checks, and sends you reports. Gmail and Yahoo require it from bulk senders, and it makes your address harder to fake. A business domain should have one.

Why does my website contact form not send emails?

Many websites send mail from their own server without your domain's permission, so it is dropped or filtered. We switch the form to a proper mail service for your domain and test it.

Can you set up email for a new business?

Yes. We set up mailboxes on the provider you choose, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place from the start.

Customers not getting your emails?

Tell us what you need. We reply by the next working day with a fixed price in writing.
